Each day, before midday we upload the day's menus, it's always nice to whet your appetite before you even get to us. We also add in more detail about each dish in case you need to check out the ingredients for allergen information.
Gin list
Adnams Copper House Gin (Southwold) This cracking gin is distilled in a beer stripping column, before being put through a handmade copper pot still. It is then purified in a rectifier. The result is very creamy and rich. This gin is infused with six botanicals, including juniper, sweet orange and hibiscus flowers. £3.40
Williams GB gin (Herefordshire) 40% This dry, juniper led gin has been designed for the much loved G'n'T. Chase distil their Naked vodka from cider made from organically grown apples, they then distil their gin from the vodka. The result is a delicious gin with notes of spice and citrus fruit. £3.30
6 o clock Gin (Thornbury Glos) 43% 6 O'Clock gin is made by Bramley and Gage - top English liqueur producers, and the gin itself is made with just 7 botanicals including elderflowers and citrus peel. £3.50
Gin Mare (Spain) 42.7% Made with botanicals including arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin! The result is a fabulous spirit, much praised by critics. Served with Mediterranean tonic and Rosemary £3.50
Bulldog (London) 40% Bulldog Gin may be “English,” but the botanical blend and influence is from a vastly different part of the world: mixing Dragon eye fruit and Lotus leaf and poppy seeds all said to be good for the heart. Drink this and live forever, served with star a £3.35
Whitley Neill Raspberry 43% The Whitley Neill range continues to expand! Their very own Raspberry Gin was launched right at the start of 2018, featuring Scottish raspberries at its core alongside punchy notes of liquoirce and coriander in support £3.50
Two Birds Strawberry and Vanilla Gin Well, this somewhat does what it says on the tin, doesn't it? Tasty Two Birds Gin, with the lip-smacking addition of strawberry and vanilla. Summer drinks ahoy! £4.40
Silentpool Gin (Surrey) 43% Fresh floral and clarifying citrus notes are grounded by earthy and spicy cassia bark and a smooth finish is achieved with the help of local honey. Served with a twist of orange peel. £3.40
Greensand Ridge (Shipbourne Kent) 40% A London Dry Gin from the Greensand Ridge Distillery just outside Shipbourne (only a short jaunt north from MoM Towers!), made using a selection of eight botanicals that grow within a mile of the distillery alongside seven classic gin botanicals. £3.20
Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin 40% This time, they've gone all regal and created Victoria's Rhubarb Gin, which uses a variety of rhubarb originally grown in Queen Victoria's garden, hence the name, as well as their Harrington Dry Gin. £4.00
Edinburgh Gin (Edinburgh) 43% A unique blend of fourteen botanicals includes lavender and pine buds. Orange peel and lime peel contribute lively citrus notes. This is a delightfully crisp gin with a distinctively smooth finish. £3.50
Sipsmith (Chiswick) 40% There are no flashy exotic ingredients here, just a very well-made, carefully balanced spirit. Served classically with lemon. £3.50
Adnams Rising Sun Gin (Suffolk) 42% A rye-based gin from Adnams, released in the latter half of 2016. This is made using rye grown by Jonathan Adnams at his farm is Reydon, along with Japanese macha tea, lemongrass and a blend of botanicals. Very refreshing indeed. £3.50
Blackdown (Black Downs Sussex) 37.5% Blackdown Hills sounds like a terrifying place where Gandalf would have done battle against a slightly eviler wizard, but it's actually where the fantastic Blackdown Sussex Dry Gin is produced. Awarded a Gold medal in the Premium category of The Spirits Business Gin Masters 2013. £3.50
The Botanist (Islay) 40% Cool at first. It quickly mellows out, warmth growing with citrus keeping it fresh throughout. best served with juniper berries £3.50
Rock Rose (Caithness) 41.5% The British Craft Distilling movement has gone up to the north and we sure aren't dissapointed it did! A bottle made with such detail that each bottle is wax sealed, numbered and signed so you won't have problems keeping tabs on it! Alter Ego: Stevie Wond £3.80
Haswell Gin (London) 43% Hailing from from Tunbridge Wells via London bridge this has classic juniper flavours. Served with fresh strawberry. £3.50
Bathtub (Tunbridge Wells) 43.3% A most unusual, but quite entrancing gin, locally produced. To our knowledge this is the only cold-compounded gin currently available. Served with orange peel and cardamon £3.40
Brockmans (London) 43% Beautifully crafted, ultra-premium gin. Distilled in a 100-year-old traditional copper still, it is intensely smooth. If you like your gin towards the sensual, intense and smooth end of the spectrum, this is the one. We suggest serving with ginger ale rat £3.70
Becketts London Dry 40% London dry gin distilled and bottled in London using the finest ingredients, most notably juniper berries from England and mint from Kingston-upon-Thames. The result is a warm, aromatic and bittersweet character with our signature cool finish. £4.00
Whitley Neil Rhubarb & Ginger Gin 43% Subtly tart with clear rhubarb influence. A twist of orange sweetness and herbaceous coriander brings balance to the palate. £4.00
Greenall's Wild Berry Gin Greenall's Wild Berry Gin is made by infusing raspberries and British blackberries in Greenall's Gin, resulting in a fruity twist on their classic recipe. Ought to go rather well in a Bramble as well as other vibrantly fruity cocktails. £3.00
Seedlip Garden 108 A herbaceous non-alcoholic spirit from the Seedlip range. Yes, you read that right - a non-alcoholic spirit! Somewhat similar to gin, Seedlip's inventive expressions are based around the distilled non-alcoholic remedies found in The Art of Distilling (written in 1651), made using copper stills and careful selections of botanicals, but no alcohol whatsoever! Seedlip Garden 108 is made with hay, pea, rosemary, spearmint, and thyme. £3.10
Seedlip Spice 94 Seedlip produce a range of non-alcoholic spirits from a selection of carefully considered botanicals, inspired by the distilled non-alcoholic remedies found in The Art of Distilling (written in 1651). Their Spice 94 expression is based around allspice, cardamom, grapefruit, lemon and oak £3.00
