"A fine beer can be judged in just one sip,
but it's better to be thoroughly sure."

We update our beer lineup regularly so check here to know what's on our pumps today. If there are any you haven't seen and think deserve a place, let us know next time you're in, we're always happy to talk beer.

First Chop Arm

JAM from First Chop Arm

ABV: 4%

Pale amber. Not a fruit beer, a beer with fruit. The malt base creates a sweetness to compliment the mango infusion. A lot of late hopping with Chinook and Cascade gives a juxtaposing bitterness that balances this beer to perfection. Dry hopped with Citra. Maris Otter low colour and cara malt. English Ale Yeast. Chinook, Cascade, Citra hops. Mangoes.

Fair Drinkum

Sonnet 43 Brew House

Fair Drinkum from Sonnet 43 Brew House

ABV: 5.2%

Awaiting tasting notes from brewer.

Cheshire Cat

Cheshire Cat from Weetwood

ABV: 4%

Smooth and well-balanced with refreshing citrusy flavours. Very blonde and very easy drinking. Chester’s favourite.

Two Hoots

Joseph Holt

Two Hoots from Joseph Holt

ABV: 4.2%

Brewed using pale malt, choice East Kent Goldings and Slovenian celeriac hops.

Sonnet 43 Brew House

Abolition from Sonnet 43 Brew House

Abolition`s malt bill delivers a full body. The coloured malts also add a slight sweetness as well as the ale`s warm amber hue. British hops alone give an earthy aroma and mid-range bittering.

B&P Original

B&P Original from Phoenix

ABV: 3.8%

Amber ale, brewed to our recipe by Phoenix Brewery... just for us! Nutty and malty taste.

Castle Rock

Preservation from Castle Rock

ABV: 4.4%

Mid brown, reddish. Well rounded with some sweetness balanced with a resinous hop character.

Plum Porter

Plum Porter from Titanic

ABV: 4.9%

This sumptuous beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring.

Pickled Parrot

Lilley's Cider

Pickled Parrot from Lilley's Cider

ABV: 6%

This traditional perry is naturally cloudy and full of flavour. It is of medium sweetness with just a hint of acidity making it a gloriously smooth and well balanced perry.
