Longrow 10yr - 46% The palate is quite big and firm. There is a solid slab of peat with a good malty feel. £7.50
Old Fettercairn 10yr - 40% A good long finish with the peat slowly taking precedence over the malt and toffee. £3.45
Talisker 10 year old - 45.8% Full bodied with huge plumes of smoke and volcanic, peppery peat. Intense. £4.40

Laphroaig 10 year old - 40% Famously medicinal and sea-weedy in taste, with a hint of oily sweetness. £3.70
Ledaig 10yr - 46.3% Medium-bodied and quite rich. There are notes of spice and smoke gathering above the charred oak. The peat is quiet and dry with a touch of black pepper and earth. £3.50

NYDC Mister Katz's Rock & Rye - 32.5% Notes of satsuma segments up front, with boiled sweeties and real cherries soon after. Touches of cinnamon and unmistakable rye whiskey give it some balancing heat. An enjoyably thick mouth feel. £4.60
Old Forester Bourbon 43% - USA Starts quite sweet with caramel and maple syrup, though swiftly develops intense oak-y elements and hints of pine resin. Sweetness returns slightly on the mid-palate. £4.30
John E. Fitzgerald Larceny Kentucky Straight Bourbon - 46% Notes of oak, baking spice and honey emerge on the finish. £4.25
Smooth Ambler Contradiction - 50% Rather buttery indeed - think buttered toast with a fresh cup of coffee on the side and you're on the right track. More dried fruit and a subtle vegetal note on the mid palate. £7.00
Smooth Ambler Old Scout 10yr - 50% Light caramels and wood spices with an enjoyable interplay between rye and corn. £6.50
Wild Turkey 8yr - 50.5% The Real Serious Bourbon : not a boring,wimpy liqueur ,strong and well balanced .Old school. £3.50
Willett's pot Still - 47% Warming pepper and clove. Buttery corn, with a little caramel later on. £6.20
Woodford Reserve - 43.2% Unusual for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years. A must have Kentucky bourbon. £3.50

Bacardi, Puerto Rico, 37.5% The palate is of medium-body with hints of tropical fruit and a note of dark brown sugar and winter spice. The finish is good with smooth vanilla spice notes. £3.30
Bundaberg, Australia, 37% The nose is sweet with Demerara and molasses, spice and pepper and plenty of oak. The palate is dry with oak and spice, a little brown sugar sweetness and spice. The finish is spicy and woody. £3.30
Captain Morgan Dark Rum, Jamaica, 40% Full, warming. Stone fruits, dried peels, a hint of aniseed. £3.20
Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Jamaica, 40% The palate is of good body with notes of molasses and spice, buttery biscuits and pepper. The finish is medium with spice and sweetness. £3.20
Deadhead, Mexico, 40% Palate: Less fruit sweetness than the nose (though orchard fruits to persist subtly). More focus on cooking spices and runny caramel, as well as continued rhum agricole grassy notes. £5.75
Gold of Mauritius, Mauritius, 40% This light and mouthful rum gives us notes of oak, malt and roasted nuts. Well balanced nose, mouth and aftertaste. “Gold of Mauritius” captures the spirit of the island. £4.00
Black Seal, Bermuda, 40% Palate: Balanced with thick, sweet spices, stewed fruits. £3.20
Lambs, England, 40% Lambs is deep dark and luscious. It's not overly sweet, despite the large amount of caramel/molasses used to give it that dark colouration. £3.10
Mount Gay Eclipse, Barbados, 40% The nose is full and rounded with notes of fresh flowers and honey, a little vanilla and tropical fruit. The palate is fruity and well-rounded with notes of banana, vanilla, smoke, toasty oak, spice. The finish is long and spiced with toasty oak. £3.50
