Aberlour D'Bundah - 60% Batch 52 of Aberlour A'bunadh, as always, matured in oloroso sherry butts – big, rich and full of fruit and nut flavours. £5.00
Balvenie 12 yr Double Wood - 40% A real favourite. Aged in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in sherry casks, an excellent example of the Balvenie distillery. £5.50
Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old - 43% Matured in traditional oak casks before being transferred to rum casks to impart some extra flavour, notes of fruit and vanilla. £5.50
Cardhu 12 yr - 40% A well-balanced, gentle single malt with clean, crisp oak and sweet malt favours. This one is for th sweet-toothed among you. £4.20
Dalwhinnie 15 yr - 43% Dalwhinnie 15yo is a good introduction to the delights of single malt whisky – elegant, smooth and medium-bodied, with a light, fruity palate and a whiff of heather on the finish. £4.00
Glenfarclas 15 year old - 46% It's a juicy, Christmas cake of a whisky. Glenfarclas remains one of the best-value malts on the market. £6.00
Glenfiddich 12 yr - 40% Light and easy drinking, it's a stereotypical Speyside, consistent and a good benchmark. £3.00
Glenfiddich 15 yr - 51% Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour. £4.00
The Glenlivet 12 year old - 40% The entry level dram from the illustrious Glenlivet distillery. The archetypal Speyside dram, honey and orchard fruit driven. £3.30
Glenrothes Select Reserve - 43% Lots of zesty rich fruit on the nose, the palate is silken smooth and utterly supple and the finish is long with mocchaccino and barley sweetness. £4.50
Longmorn 16 yr - 48% A very well-made whisky, aged to perfection. Rich and compact with intense fruit, some notes of balsa wood, calvados and plenty of dry oak. £6.00
Macallan Gold - 40% it's a great whisky packed with assertive vanilla and citrus flavours and has a medium sweet and slightly dry finish. £4.00
Singleton of Dufftown - 40% This smooth, mellow dram is designed to attract new drinkers to the malt category £3.50

Auchroisk 10 yr - 43% Quite sweet with a pleasant softness to the nose. Light and playful aromas in the palale with delectable nuttiness creeping in at the end. £6.00
Clynelish 14 year old - 46% A stroll between bright sand dunes, dotted with wild herbs. £4.80
Dalmore 12 year old - 40% Rum butter nose with malt loaf on a light peat heath. £4.50
Edradour 10 year old - 40% One of Scotland's most endearingly different malts. Delicious honey notes complimented by an oily mouthfeel and a stylish finish. £4.50
Glenmorangie 10 yr - 40% Original is the core bottling in the Glenmorangie range. This really is a classic malt, so creamy and fruity. £4.00
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12 year old - 46% The port note is chewy and rich with notes of barley sugar and cereal and lots of juicy fruit and berries. The finish is long and quite sweet. £5.50
Isle of Jura 10 year old - 40% Bright gold. Light and sweetish, slowly developing a soft dry saltiness. £3.00
Longrow 10 yr - 46% A balanced sweet and smokey dram with a hint of brine. £5.00
Oban 14 year old - 40% A superb, full-blooded fruity malt with a whiff of heather and more than a hint of smoke. £5.00
Springbank 15 year old - 46% Full-bodied with a good helping of cereal sweetness. There is a richness to the peat, with a dark nuttiness and whirling smoke. £6.50
Auchentoshan 12 yr - 40% Warm vanilla nose with lemon zest. Marshmallows and sweet barley to taste. £3.50
Auchentoshan Three Wood - 43% Rich. Liqueur cherries in dark chocolate, more sherried fruit, ripe dark forest fruits, like a Black Forest Gateaux. £4.20
Glenkinchie 12 year old - 43% Fruity, with notes of Madeira and sweet stewed fruits. A hint of calvados and tannic oak lining the mouth. £3.80
Haig Club - 40% The "David Beckham" Whisky! Made from 100% grain in the oldest grain distilleries in Scotland. Light, clean and ultra smooth. Perfect with a couple of cubes of ice or even a splash of ginger ale. £7.00
Ardbeg 10 yr - 46% This is a true classic from Islay. It's spicy, sweet, and above all, smoky. A great dram, well balanced, and with a lot going on. £4.25
Ardbeg Corryvreckan - 57% Explosive assault on the taste buds! Incredible depth, rock salt, smoked meats and chocolate orange. Finish leaves your mouth confused and puckering for more. £8.00
Bruichladdich Port Charlotte Heavily Peated - 50% Full of depth and complexity, the smokey sweetness of the barley contrasts beautifully with the marine freshness of the spirit and the richness of toffee and vanilla. £5.50
Bruichladdich Scottish Barley - 50% "The Classic Laddie". Made with Scottish barley alone, this un-peated malt is a modern classic with an almost syrup-like texture. £5.50
Bunnahabhain 12 yr - 46% Soft and supple with flavours of Sherry. A little sweetness, nuttiness and malty, juicy sultana. Slightly coastal. £5.00
Caol Ila 12 yr - 43% Caol Ila 12 Year Old is of medium weight, but still packing plenty of potent phenols, this is a refined, powerful dram with a compensating oiliness. A balanced, peaty beauty. £4.00
Kilchoman 100% Islay - Made using barley malted on site, this is lightly peated, yet full of Islay character. Supplies from this distillery are restricted as it's done in such small batches so make the most of it here! £6.20
Lagavulin 16 yr - 43% Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and sherry with good fruity sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak. £5.50
Laphroaig 10 yr - 40% Famously medicinal and sea-weedy in taste, with a hint of oily sweetness. If you ask for "Fire Water" you will get a dram of this! £4.00
Laphroaig Quarter Cask - 48% A belter. Denser and deeper than the 10 yr-old. Very more-ish. £5.00
Arran Malt 10 yr - 46% (Arran) A medium-bodied, citrussy dram that shows an elegance and deftness of touch that belies the distillery's youth. £4.00
Highland Park 12 yr - 40% (Orkney) With a delicious sweetness (heather-honey is their preferred description) and a warming, silky mouthfeel, this is a whisky that never lets you down. £3.80
Isle of Jura 10 yr - 40% (Jura) Medium-bodied with a delicate sweet palate, with a hint of brine developing on the finish. A great introductory malt. £3.00
Ledaig Single Malt - 42% (Mull) A light hued single malt from the Tobermory. This bottle represents peated single malt from the distillery. £3.00
Scapa 16 yr - 40% (Orkney) Marmalade with a malty texture, full-bodied with a silky finish. Notes of heather roots and cut grasses, honeyed oak notes with winter spices. £7.50
Talisker 10 yr - 46% (Skye) Bright amber red. Full bodied with huge plumes of smoke and volcanic, peppery peat. £3.80
Chivas Regal 12 year old - 40% The blend for grown-ups, for people who have made their rites of passage and are ready to enjoy their success. Sweet, but not cloying. Buxom, but not overblown. £3.00
Compass Box The Peat Monster - 46% A top-quality vatting of the peated Speysider Ardmore with some choice Islay malt, Peat Monster is never less than excellent. £5.00
Haig Dimple 15 yr - 40% A classic deluxe blend that's based on Glenkinchie with traces of other more northerly distilleries. Rich, smooth and complex. £4.50

Sheep Dip - 40% A great whisky made from 16 malt whiskies aged from 8 to 21 years. The only thing is, the picture of the sheep on the bottle doesn't actually look like a sheep, it actually looks like an angry spaniel with horns. £3.50
Bushmills 10 yr (Ireland) - 40% The benchmark Irish single malt, this has a far greater depth of flavour than standard Irish blends. £3.40
