Ardbeg 10 Sweet vanilla counterbalanced with lemon and lime followed by that surging Ardbeg smoke that we all know and love. £5.15
Auchentoshan Three Wood A Lowland single malt matured in 3 different casks, namely: Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, bourbon casks and Oloroso Sherry casks. £4.50
Balvenie 14 Caribbean Cask Sweet vanilla forms a creamy palate with notes of apples and mangos, and a hint of orange in the background. £5.50
Blair Athol 12 Good body, malty and sweet. Citrus and the peels thereof. £6.20
Bunnahabhain 12 year This 12 year old is lightly peated for an Islay single malt and consequently is a light, fresh dram. Now at the higher strength of 46.3% - for more complexity and flavour. £6.50
Caol Ila 12 Good body, oily, tar, elegant smoke and hints of boiled sweets. £4.95
Dalmore Cigar Malt Yet more toffee, caramel edging towards the burnt cinder-toffee side of things. Flamed orange-zest and perfectly integrated sherry £9.50
Dalwhinnie 15 Malty with walnuts steeped in manuka honey and vanilla sponge. Gentle smoke weaves its way through the cereal with a touch of spice. £4.00
Haig Dimple A huge favourite, especially now it has been featured on a certain 'Breaking Bad'. £4.20
Glen Grant Major's Reserve Firm with fruity, vanilla sweetness. Gentle peat and malty. £3.60

Lagavulin 16 Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and sherry with a wonderful fruity sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak. £5.50
Laphroaig Triple Wood Dry and medicinal with exotic spices, perhaps even some turmeric. The palate is surprisingly savoury at first, with what Ed described as “dry dampness” - think musty wood sheds and hints of moist autumnal forest floor. £5.60
Macallan Sherry Oak 10 year A 10 year old from the Macallan matured in sherry casks. Macallan uses only Golden Promise barley, and the demand uses up 90% of the annual crop of Golden Promise in Scotland! £6.50
Monkey Shoulder Very malty, creamy delivery which offers up a palate redolent of berry fruit, juicy toasted barley, cloves and butterscotch. A hint of manuka honey, hot-buttered-toast and dried apricot develop. £3.80
Talisker 10 Full bodied with huge plumes of smoke and volcanic, peppery peat. Intense. £3.80
Irish Whiskey
Bushmills 10 year A superb 10 year old Irish single malt and winner of Best Irish Single Malt Whiskey at the 2007 World Whiskies Awards. £3.60
