Ampersand London Dry Gin- 40% Made from scratch with organic botanicals and wheat, this gin is extremely refreshing both on its own and alongside freshly squeezed lemon and tonic water. £4.00
Aviation Gin- 42% Created through a blend of spices from around the world and now served here as a G&T. Great when garnished with orange peel or a squeezed lemon. £4.00
Bathtub Gin - 43% This gin was very popular in the 18th & 19th century but it has certainly comeback to be even more of a hit. With an amazing balance of spice, wax and orange, this small batch traditionally made gin is one on its own. £3.50
Bathtub Old Tom Gin- 42.2% A derivative of the Bathtub Gin, this is slightly sweetened to add to the body of the gin. Best served with a slice or two of orange. £4.00
Bathtub Navy Strength Gin- 57% Another derivative of the Bathtub gin, this gin bursts with the flavours of cinnamon and cardamon followed by a citrus and juniper backbone. £4.50
Beefeater London Dry Gin- 40% This is a traditional and iconic gin that has been very popular in the UK gin market for over a century. It is a smooth and subtle gin with more fruity flavours coming through than other mainstream gins. £3.50
Beefeater 24 Gin- 45% This is a new luxury super premium addition to the Beefeater Gin portfolio. Distilled in the heart of London it is somewhat unusual as it originated from the discovery of Chinese and Japanese teas which were then used in place of certain botanicals found £3.95
Berkeley Square Gin - 40% A lovely London Gin named for Berkeley Square, one of the city's most sought after addresses. This premium gin from G and J Greenall is made with botanicals including basil, kaffir lime leaves and lavender, and it's distilled in copper pot stills achievin £3.95

Brighton Gin- 40% This gin is often described as being 'unusual and playful' but is also promoted due it being 100% organic - meaning it contains no nasties that will leave you with a sore and sorry head, apparently! £4.00

Copperhead Gin- 40% This gin is a "Belgian expression" named after Mr Copperhead - an alchemist searching for the elixir of life. Becoming more and more popular by the minute, this gin is great alongside orange and coriander. £4.95
Adnams Copper House Gin- 40% This cracking gin is distilled in a beer stripping column before being put through a hand made copper pot. The result is a very creamy and rich gin infused with six great botanicals. £3.50

Haymans 1820 Gin Liqueur- 40% Declared to be the worlds first Gin liqueur. It uses the same botanicals as Hayman's Gin with an extra added sweetness. Best served over plenty of ice with a slice of grapefruit. £3.50
Haswell Gin- 47% The creator of this gin, Julian Haswell, set out to make a true sipping gin - the fact that it works so well as a gin and tonic is a bonus! This gin is juniper led but with an "unashamedly citrus" tang of sweet and bitter oranges. £4.00
Hendrick's Gin - 41.4% Hendrick's wondrous botanical signature consists of flowers, roots, fruits, and seeds from the world over. They function to complement and set the stage for the delicious duet of infusions: rose petal and cucumber. £3.95

Inverroche Amber This gin has a great complexity as a result of the fusion between African and traditional botanicals and with a dry, woody finish it offers fantastic depth. Red bush and rooibos tea flavours emerge to taste with hints of sweet toffee apples that give way £4.45

Jinzu Gin- 41.5% Bringing English and Japanese traditions together to create an exciting spirit. Made using English gin, sake and botanicals including yuzu and Japanese cherry blossom it creates a luxurious creamy feel on the tongue and a subtle sweetness to taste. £4.00
The Lakes Gin- 47.1% This Cumbrian born gin is unique as the juniper element of the gin is locally sourced, as well as other botanicals used from the surrounding areas such a blueberries and meadowsweet. This gin is described as bright and sweet with fruity floral qualities. £4.00
Langleys No 8 Gin- 41.7% Named after the number of botanicals used. This gin is classed as an old fashioned gin "perfect for a G&T." A nice bitter garnish like grapefruit goes well here, but many also like to add basil. £4.00
Langton's No 1 Gin- 40% Langton's gin uses water filtered through an ancient slate beneath the mountain of Skiddaw in the Lake District. Described as earthy with uplifting citrus tones. £4.00
Larios 12 Gin- 40% This is a Spanish gin made using 12 different botanicals including nutmeg, mediterranean lemon, and angelica root. Fantastic with lemon and thyme, or even just a slice of orange. £3.45
Liverpool Gin A simple London Dry gin made with ingredients such as the finest coriander, angelica, citrus and handpicked juniper berries resulting in a gin with a well-balanced nose, complex flavours and a long finish. A highly aromatic, organic gin with an ever growi £4.50
London No.1 Blue Gin - 47% Beautiful quadruple-distilled gin made by Charles Maxwell in London. It is flavoured with botanicals including cinnamon, angelica, bergamot and gardenia and has a slight unique blue tint. These unique botanicals marry beautifully with either lemon or oran £4.00
Manchester Three Rivers Gin- 40% This is a premium gin handcrafted in Manchester's first ever gin distillery. The name acknowledges the three rivers that first pumped life into the city. A very smooth, easy drinking gin, especially alongside some rosemary. £4.20
Martin Miller's Gin - 40% Born of love, obsession and some degree of madness, Martin Miller's gin is a premium gin made from 10 carefully selected botanicals blended with the purest Icelandic water - providing an 'arctic clarity'. These days much copied but never equalled. £3.95
Mombasa Club Gin- 41.5% In the late 19th century this gin was exported to the British protectorate in Kenya for the enjoyment of official titles and workers there. A spicy gin with a hint of sweetness - described as 'the ultimate colonial experience.' £4.00
Monkey 47 Dry Gin - 47% Hits of fresh citrus and ripe juniper on the nose followed by a vegetal and slightly wooded finish that's extremely complex and robust. £5.70
Napue Gin- 46.3% Pronounced na-pu-eh, this gin is produced in Finland using rye grain but to taste there is a jammy red fruit upfront, mixed with a piney birch. This gin is named as such to represent not only the Finnish village in which they forage some of the botanicals £4.00
Opihr Gin - 40% Opihr epitomises the exotic intensity of the Orient, awakening the senses to this new style of gin. Add some ginger and chilli to enhance the flavours. £3.95
Pinkster Gin - 37.5% A triple distilled, premium gin produced in small batches. The perfect mix of botanicals including fresh raspberries add a unique pink colour and gentle fruity flavour to this great, summery gin. £4.10
Plymouth Dry Gin - 41.2% Created in Britain's oldest gin distillery, this is the only gin in the UK to be protected geographically, meaning this style and brand of gin can only be produced in Plymouth. This gin was the gin of choice in the first ever recorded Martini recipe. Grea £3.95
Port of Dragons Gin- 40% The juniper in this gin is strong enough to make this a good choice for gin drinkers who want a contemporary spin without throwing out the classic gin ideal. £4.00
Portobello Road Gin - 42% A traditional London dry gin released by the award winning Notting Hill Bar (home of the Ginstitute) that hits you with juniper before settling in with bitter citrus flavours and the delicate, sweet touch of liquorice. £3.85

Dà Mhile Seaweed Gin- 42% Launched on 1st of March 2014 (St David's Day) this seaweed gin is made with a cut-down, hand selected variant of botanicals added to their small batch gin. Designed to complement seafood it is infused with handpicked seaweed from the Celtic coast. £3.50

Tann's Gin First launched in 1977, Tann's have altered their recipe to appeal to modern tastes. The botanicals used now include juniper, cucumber, raspberry, rose petals, orange blossom, and liquorice root. A fragrant, perfumed gin with a taste of red fruits up fron £3.80
Tanqueray Gin - 43% The famous Tanqueray London dry gin is so called because it was distilled in 1830 by Charles Tanqueray, in Bloomsbury, London. The recipe is a fiercely guarded secret, although it is thought to contain as little as four botanicals which combine to create £3.45
Tanqueray Number Ten - 47.3% An incredibly small batch of London dry gin made in pot still number 10. A blend of the purest triple-distilled spirit and a hand picked selection of four botanicals. Said to have been Frank Sinatra's preferred gin. £3.95
Tarquin's Cornish Dry Gin - 42% An exotic, world spanning botanical basket makes Tarquin's Gin. Orris root from Morocco, green cardamom seeds from Guatemala, cinnamon from Madagascar and Devon violets from... Well, from the distiller's garden in Cornwall. The result is comparable to stu £4.25
Trevethan Gin- 43% Trevethan Gin comes to us from Cornwall, and is made to an old family recipe created in the 1920s by Norman Trevethan using juniper, angelica, coriander, cassia, cardamom, orange peel, lemon peel, vanilla, elderflower and gorse flower. £4.00
Twisted Nose - 40% Distilled at the Winchester Distillery, this small batch gin combines ten botanicals to create a spirit that is intense, fragrant and refreshing. On drinking, pine notes of juniper emerge first, followed by fresh citrus and deep spice tones. A sparkle of £4.45
Warner Edwards Rhubarb Gin This is created using a variety of rhubarb originally grown in Queen Victoria's garden with is then blended with their Harrington Dry Gin. Just enough sugar is then added to balance out the acidity from the rhubarb, producing a spirit with plenty of sweet £4.25
William Chase Elegant Gin- 48% Unlike most other gins, where a neutral grain spirit is simply re-distilled, they press their organically grown cider apples from the family farm. The result is a full bodied, sharp yet fruity gin with tears of true provenance. £4.00
William Chase Great British Extra Dry Gin- 40% Infused with juniper buds and berries to ensure that they distil the driest gin possible, followed by 10 fine botanicals including: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon. £4.00
Whitley Neil Gin - 42% Whitley Neill is a South African small batch distilled gin that brings together 8 generations of expertise and life-long love of gin to result in an inimitable award winning gin that skilfully blends rare African botanicals and unusual aromatics including £4.00
7d Essential Gin- 41% 7d is named after the fact that the spirit is distilled a total of seven times, with the botanicals macerated in five-times distilled spirit before a further double distillation. The herbal Mediterranean botanical selection includes juniper, bitter orange £4.00
No 3 Gin- 46% On the nose there's an instant and welcome hit of piney juniper with citrus and coriander. In the mouth the juniper develops into a crispness nicely balanced by a soft spiciness. A classic. £4.00
No 209 Gin- 46% Generous notes of citrus zest, juniper berry, orris root, liquorice, coriander and angelica which leads to a mild tingling on the lips and tongue, a great gin with plenty of complexity and depth. £4.50
