Auchentoshan 12 Year Old - 40% This whisky goes on forever. Flavours of pineapple, cereals, and soft vanilla remain in taste and impression. £4.10
Auchentoshan Three Wood - 43% It is sweet, velvety and comforting, with a presence of butterscotch vanilla.... Simply delicious. £5.00

Aberlour 10 Year Old - 40% Sweet nutmeg spice with a peppery dryness. A flavoursome oxymoron. £3.50
Aberlour A'Bundah - 60.7% This cask strength whisky is matured in sherry, giving it black cherry sweetness, gingery spice and a real punch. A'bunadh means origin in Gaelic. £7.50
Balvenie 12 Year Old - 40% Amber coloured, with nuts, heather and mellow spices. £4.00
Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 Year Old - 43% This Speyside has been in rum casks for 14 years, giving that sugary depth that is a real individual flavour not usually found in single malts. £4.80
Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old - 43% Soft honeyed sweetness, hints of fennel and cream, balanced by a sharp citrus. £4.20
Glenfarclas 15 Year Old - 46% Amber with sherry and malt and a touch of smoke. Long and smooth. £5.90
Glenfiddich 15 Year Old - 51% Lots of sherry character comes through here, spicy and smooth in harmony. £4.60
Glenfiddich 18 Year Old - 40% Patiently matured in oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, to create an extraordinarily smooth, rich and mellow single malt. £6.00
Glenlivet (The) 12 Year Old - 40% Pale gold with a clean flowery nose. Long gently warming vanilla. £3.70
Glenrothes Select Reserve - 43% Light, soft and syrupy with a touch of liquorice and coconut. Juicy and mouth-watering. £4.50
Macallan Gold - 40% Lots of zest combined with spice creates a malt that goes down very easily indeed. £4.10
Macallan Fine Oak 18 Year Old - 43% Very rich and extremely satisfying, aged in casks from Jerez, this is a no compromise Speyside. £12.50

Aberfeldy 12 Year Old - 40% This award winning malt is bright in colour and clean in taste, with citrus hues and layers of honey and hazelnut. £4.50
The Arran Malt 10 Year Old - 46% This 10 year old lies at the heart of the Isle of Arran and shows all the signs of the honeyed richness we have come to expect from the island distillery. £4.10
Deanston 12 Year Old - 46.3% This non chill filtered malt has bags of honey and biscuit which goes down very easily for a +40% whisky. £4.60
Fettercairn Fior - 42% Fior is Gaelic for 'true' and this whisky has an astonishingly rich flavour of cocoa, espresso, spices, fruit and almond. We love it. £5.10
Glenmorangie 10 Year Old - 40% Sandalwood with a whiff of the sea, spicy, buttery, long and rounded. £3.60
Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban 12 Year Old - 46% Aged in Port casks there are lots of berries and depth to get stuck into. £5.00
Highland Park 12 Year Old - 40% This is one of the best entry-level whiskies, and represents among the best value for money as well. Great balance of subtle peat and honey sweetness. £3.80
Highland Park 18 Year Old - 43% A major player in the single malt world, has to be tasted to be believed! £9.50
Longmorn 16 Year Old - 48% Intensely fruity and very long with a marmalade finish. £9.00
Oban 14 Year Old - 40% Slightly salty but with a smooth finish and a butter toffee aftertaste. £5.20
Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old - 40% Big smoky and smooth with restrained fruit and malt. £4.50
Springbank 15 Year Old - 46% Salad and tropical fruit, and a hint of warmth on the finish make this an interesting one for sure. £6.00

Ardbeg 10 Year Old - 46% Smoke and brine nose, medium body, sweetness going to salt. £5.15
Ardbeg Corryvreckan - 57.1% An incredible award winner! This has it all going on, strength, flavour and body. With cream, orange citrus, and smokiness this is well worth a go. £7.00
Bruichladdich The Laddie Ten - 46% Complex and real Bruichladdich style. Seabreeze, flowery, lemon and some honey on the nose with nice sweetness, fruits and oak on the palate. £4.50
Caol Ila 12 Year Old - 43% Vinho verde mixed with vanilla and nutmeg, a truly refined dram. £4.30
Lagavulin 16 Year Old - 43% This is a beautiful example of a peaty whisky, not too overpowering. £6.00
Laphroaig 10 Year Old - 40% Famously medicinal and sea-weedy in taste, with a hint of oily sweetness. £4.60
Laphroaig Triple Wood - 48% Three different ageing processes go into this, the quarter casks again make a welcome return to the process. Originally intended for duty free market, its so good that it has been rolled out to all. £5.90
Blended Scotch
Antiquary 12 Year Old - 40% This really well comprised blend has freshness and depth. Zest and apple combine with honey, oak and barley. A great blend for any time of year. £4.00
Haig Dimple 15 Year Old - 40% Medium body, warm notes of spice, caramel, toffee and honey. A little smoke and oak. £12.00
Johnnie Walker Black Label 12 Year Old - 40% Treacle and spice and all things nice, that's Johnny Walker Black. £3.40
Johnnie Walker Blue Label 12 Year Old - 40% This is the rarest whisky in the Johnnie Walker family & is certainly worth the price it commands. £15.00
Compass Box The Peat Monster - 46% No one knows what goes into this, the facts are closely guarded. All we know is it's mainly Islay. Mostly peaty, but some smokey bacon and tropical notes. £5.00
Pig's Nose - 40% Gristly and youthful, some fruit, barley malt, porridge. Young but very sweet. £4.40
Sheep Dip - 40% A great blended whisky made from 16 malts aged from 8-12 years. Jim Murray describes Sheep Dip as 'Young & Sprightly' £4.00
Japanese Whisky, Irish & American Whiskeys and Bourbons
Bulleit Bourbon - 40% Wonderful old style bottle, flavours of marmalade, and that typical oak smoke, cigar bourbon edge. £3.50
Bushmills 10 Year Old - 40% Thrice distilled and matured in two woods, this is a rich, smooth, single malt. £3.70
Connemara Irish Whisky - 40% Well-smoked and peated. Heather freshness and floral notes with a honeyed sweetness and a little wood. Full and smooth with notes of malt and peat, honeyed smoke and barley. £4.50
Green Spot Single Spot - 40% A wonderful single pot still whiskey, Green Spot is a lovely and well regarded by us. £4.40
Hibiki 12 Year Old - 43% Partly matured in plum liqueur barrels and blended with a couple of other Japanese malts, this is an amazing oriental concoction. £20.00
Jameson Irish Whiskey - 40% The nose is full and floral with a smooth sweetness. The palate is thick and of good body and the finish is of medium length. An all round Irish whiskey. £3.10
Jim Beam - 40% Brilliant spice from this popular bourbon. Cinnamon & nutmeg warm you up with a measure of this! £3.30
Knob Creek - 50% With nine years of ageing, this small batch traditional bourbon has salted butter, caramel, candy floss and nuttiness. Plenty going on here! £3.60
Maker's Mark - 45% Lots of individual aspects to the distilling here: lowest proof to maintain intensity of flavour, and red winter wheat instead of rye to add to the taste sensation. A stand up, stand out bourbon. £3.50
Nikka Straight From The Barrel - 51.4% This Japanese whisky is rounded and exquisitely balanced. The smooth body, spice and toffee notes complement a caramel and ripe peach apricot finish. Don't miss out. £4.30
Penderyn - 46% Spicy and fruity palate with a suggestion of custard powder. A great example of a Welsh Whisky. £3.00
Powers Gold Label - 40% Powers is classic pot stilled Irish whiskey, smooth and silky. A hit with all connoisseurs. £3.50
Woodford Reserve - 43.2% Unusual for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years. A must have Kentucky bourbon. £4.50
