Damien Mann
Manager
Damien has climbed the ladder at B&P, having begun his journey at the Black Jug back in 2007 he has since done stints at the Combermere Arms, the Hand and trumpet and opened the Old Orchard as deputy. His obsession for cask ales and a fondness for wine and whisky has now lead him to head up the team as manager at the White Hart, making him one of those rare but lucky characters in life - people who earn a living doing what they love.

Samuel Oyitch
Assistant Manager
Sam joins us after previously working at La Trompette as a Sommelier and as a waiter at the Fat Duck, so he certainly knows his onions. He loves a glass of quality bubbly and is in his element chatting to our customers about wine and food. Sam is a massive Norwich City fan and any other sport involving a ball.

Bar Supervisor
Sean has been with the White Hart for a fair few years so knows his way round the Hart like the back of his hand. He is a keen skier and loves the white slopes of the Pyrenees. A hot tipple and a high mountain is just about Babylon for Sean.

Head Chef
Anka hails from the shores of sunny Sri Lanka where you learn to cook curry before you could walk literarly. He soon after birth decided that the french cuisine sounded better and upped for the hussle and bussle of wee Paris where he learned the in's and out's of a busy kitchen. He moved to England ten years ago and now enjoy teaching the Paris way to all employees good luck to him.

Sous Chef
Dale has joined us from a previous B&P pub, the Fox Revived. He has a few secrets in his bag, one being a desire to climb back into a Formula 1 car and help Hamilton to become world champion again. When he's not in the kitchen cooking up great meals he likes to spend time with his son teaching him the ropes in a F1 car - on a Play Station.

Chef de Partie
Piotr is a natural in the kitchen and is never happier than when he has a sauce pan in his hand. He is from the mountains of Poland and when he gets the chance to go home he likes to help his family make next year's sauerkraut. His Dad is the local butcher and Piotr helped out in the shop from a young age so he knows his way around a hind quarter.
