Junior Sous Chef

Salary package up to £25k per annum plus benefits

We currently have a great team but are looking to add a Junior Sous Chef to in the run up to Christmas! Are you an experienced Junior Sous Chef with a real passion for qualify fresh food?

As a Junior Sous Chef you'll have the opportunity to gain experience working across all areas of the kitchen and will be key in supporting the Sous Chefs and Head Chef.

Our Chefs are involved in a range of duties including:

  • Fresh food preparation
  • Embracing our food culture and designing menus
  • Ordering
  • Stock control
  • Meeting food safety and cleaning standards

Kitchen Porter

Hourly rate plus tips, plus company benefits

We are looking for a full time and a part time Kitchen Porter to work alongside our team of busy chefs.

We need people who can work flexibly, including weekends and split shifts (during mornings, lunchtimes and evenings).

Duties will be varied and will include helping to keep the kitchen clean, operate the dishwasher, hand dish washing and some basic food preparation.

Previous experience preferred although enthusiasm and a genuine interest in working in a busy kitchen with high standards of food hygiene is essential.

Part-time Cleaner (mornings)

£10 per hour plus benefits 

We are looking for a friendly and conscientious cleaner, who take real pride in their work to work mornings, Thursday through to Sunday. 

Previous experience is preferred - general duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, toilet cleaning, use of floor buffing machine and other general cleaning tasks.
