Full & Part-time Bar and Waiting Staff

We are looking for out-going, friendly people to join our crew and work between 15 - 40 hours per week or anywhere in between.

Previous experience is always helpful but not essential, as long as you enjoy looking after people and are able to work evenings and weekends, we would like to hear from you.

Sous Chef - Live in accommodation available

Are you an experienced Sous chef with a real passion for quality fresh food?

As a Sous Chef you'll work across all areas of the kitchen and have the ability to confidently manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

Our Sous Chefs are involved in a range of duties including:

  • Fresh food preparation
  • Embracing our food culture and designing regularly changing menus
  • Setting and reviewing GPs
  • Managing wage targets
  • Ordering
  • Stock control
  • Meeting food safety and cleaning standards
