Cellar person

Hourly rate plus tips and benefits 

We're on the lookout for an experienced and friendly bar/cellar person with a real enthusiasm and knowledge of cask conditioned ale to keep the beers and cellar in tip-top condition.

As well as having responsibility for the cellar, you'll also be involved in ordering and stock control, overseeing service and end of night procedures.

You'll need to understand and love cask ales, have a genuine interest in wine and good food and play a full role in supporting all front of house service.

Kitchen Porter

Hourly rate plus tips and benefits 

We are looking for a full time and part time Kitchen Porters to work alongside our team of busy chefs.

We need people who can work flexibly, including weekends and split shifts (during mornings, lunchtimes and evenings).

Duties will be varied and will include helping to keep the kitchen clean, operate the dishwasher, hand dish washing and some basic food preparation.
