Paul Jeffery
Manager
Paul has been in the hospitality world for many years, having been with Nick at the infamous Churton’s Wine bar for some five years, so he must have an iron constitution. He was the president of his student union and got a Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, so he’s not just a lounge lizard – although we don’t reckon he’s seen the top of a mountain for some time now.

David Evans
Assistant Manager
Dave is the resident beer monster at the pub, and takes a personal interest in all his charges - though you can tell when he gets past pint no1 as his horrendous laugh manifests itelf. Dave has kept to a fanatical diet of pizzas, kebabs and burgers for years now, as he needs the energy that saturated fats provide in order to keep the cellars immaculate.

Assistant Manager
Ben is Chester born and bred, and we managed to nab him from Telford’s Warehouse (he applied - we didn’t poach him, honest guv’). He’s married and loves to cook at home and is a thoroughly good bloke. He’s had a short stint as a roving assistant, but we soon snapped him up when he came for his Harker’s stint, so that was easy.

Doorman
You couldn't really teach Aaron anything about Harkers customers. He's been "doing" the door forever.

Head Chef
Jeremy has been with B & P now for many years - he started as a junior chef de partie at Glasfryn in 1999 and has worked his way to Head Chef since, via a spell at the Dysart. He is one of those chefs who maintains an even keel when the going gets tough, so should do well coping with Paul.

Christopher Jones
Sous Chef
Chris doesn't have any hobbies. He's from Ormskirk, and his favourite dish is pork balls stuffed in cabbage. Apart from that, despite the evience of his photograph, he wouldn't mind getting fit one day. Actually, on the quiet he's a bit of a grafter, and he's a good bloke to boot.

Third Chef
Paul came to Harkers from Hoole Hall, bringing with him a barrow load of enthusiasm and the joys of youth. He likes to fish, play pool and party in his spare time, so with that up his sleeve he gets on with just about everyone.

Carl Shone
Chef de Partie
Carl is a very talented chef. Originally from North Wales, he earned his whites cheffing ‘darn sarf’ in a lovely pub by the sea.A golfer and an avid supporter of Wrexham, Carl is also fascinated by all things digital, and is a great fan of interactive gaming.

Maintenance

Cleaner
Carol is a local lass brought up in Delamer, has three children and is a bit of an artist of the 'painting pictures' variety. She is used to working in hotels and an old person's home, so dealing with Paul holds no surprises for her.
