    Tracey Owen
    Manager
Tracey has had a long and interesting career in the business, including cheffing at the Rothay Manor Hotel in Cumbria, then assistant, deputy and restaurant manager at Llyndir Hall Hotel, Rossett. This was followed by over 4 years working at the Pant with Duncan, Graham Arathoon and then Lindsey. She then moved to Philpotts Sandwiches in Chester, where she was a senior manager, before coming back to the fold in 2007.

    Deputy Manager
Surf man! In a previous decade Dave would have been hanging out with the Beachboys. Being of an aquatic nature, he has taught windsurfing in Greece for a few seasons, did a bit of work in his local boozer in Kelsall when he got back from abroad, liked the job, joined us and the rest is history. Dave has cornered the market in the loud shirt department, but if he hangs on long enough, the fashion is sure to come round again.

    Assistant Manager
Known to everyone as Ally, she is the resident beer aficionado. She has a good background when it comes to beer, as her father John (a Pant regular) is a brewery design consultant, and knows a thing or three. Previously stuck in an office, she has now found a job that encapsulates both her social side and a career. She's not bad at crosswords, but at pub quizzes, she's no stranger to a bit of jiggerypokery.

    Bar/Waiting Staff
Jo is our very own Baywatch babe who we stole from Panama Hattys where she'd been for some five years. She tells us she's got her head screwed on because her and her boyfriend have just got their first house, but there again, she supports Man Utd - case unproven.

    Kitchen

    Stuart Green
    Head Chef
Stuart’s hobby is cooking, so he is in his element. He hails originally from the town renowned for a world class rugby team, St Helen’s, and remains a keen supporter of Saints RFC to this day. He plays squash (all be it not since 2006) and enjoys the odd game of golf, believing that you should get as many swings for your money as you can. Stuart is married with two young children.

    Sous Chef
Craig has been with us since he was fifteen, when he joined as a kitchen porter in the bowels of the wash-up, which is always character building. He became a kitchen assistant not long after, and now is a full-on chef-type person. He is keen on golf and mad for Stoke City – but there are many burdens in life one has to bear, and he bears his cheerfully.

    Senior Chef de Partie
Hannah Howorth has been a chef since she left school, and held jobs at the Arkle and Carden Park before joining us. She has listed her interests as swimming, socialising, reading and collecting beer bottle tops. Strange, but true.

    Chris Wilcock
    Chef de Partie
Chris could be Stuart's (Head Chef) secret love child, with the uncanny resemblance between the two. He comes over a bit of a rough diamond, but he is very sweet natured and is also a massive JLS fan. He previously worked with Jamie Hopkins, the Head Chef at Old Hall, and is very funny guy, keeping the chefs amused with his repartee.

    Nicholas Blazey
    Junior Chef de Partie
Affectionately known as “Nick Wrestler” because, well, he loves Wrestling! Nick started life at the Grosvenor as a KP and has worked his way up to trainee chef learning on the job and at college. You’ll often see Nick on the Chester nightlife scene in a waist coat and tie which, annoyingly, he can actually get away with, without looking like a boy-bander.

    David Brunt
    Kitchen Porter
Born in Sheffield, when there was a steel industry, Dave did nine years in the RAF as an aircraft engine fitter - then worked in the motor trade as a mechanic. He is a keen Sheffield Wed supporter and likes motor sport, DIY and beer, like every other bloke on the planet (apart from the Sheffield Wednesday bit, that is).

    Maintenance

    Gardener/Handyperson
A.K.A David Dickinson, this man is tan-tastic. Previously a BT engineer, David had a complete career change when he realised he liked food more than tiny wires. A keen golfer, he is very patient on the course and in the kitchen. He keeps the younger guys in check, so is a real asset in any kitchen, especially a busy one.

    Cleaner
"Di bach" as we call her (with a heavy Welsh accent) brings a much needed touch of glamour to the often roughie toughie world of the KP, and the KP at the Grosvenor in particular (a previous occupant of this post was Psycho). Married with two children,Di likes nothing better on a Friday night than being tucked up in bed with some cocoa watching her favourite Welsh soap, Pobl y cum.

    Cleaner
Debbie started out as one of the girls who helped out with a contract cleaner, but we worked a flanker and got her on board. Debbie in her time has tried most jobs under the sun, and we're not so sure that she was not a bunny girl.
