True to form, The Falcon will be entering 2018 dressed in all it's finery. Guests should follow suit as New Years Eve will be a 'Black Tie' event. Three courses, live music and a bit of bubbly on arrival are all part and parcel. Tickets are £69.95 per person and available from the bar, or call us on 01295 692120. If you'd just like to come along for drinks and to revel in the music then drinks tickets are available for £10.

Hot and sour duck and noodle soup with pork and ginger dim sum

Pan-fried scallops with cauliflower purée, black pudding fritters and apple dressing

Partridge Kiev with sticky red cabbage and game jus

Smoked salmon tartare with crab mayonnaise and cucumber jelly

Barkham Blue pannacotta with pickled pear, candied walnut and roasted beet salad


Mains

Pan-fried medallions of beef fillet with truffled potato terrine and Bordelaise sauce

Poached turbot 'Veronique' - vermouth, green grape and cream sauce and baby vegetables

Venison Wellington with fondant potato, sloe gin and juniper sauce

Wild mushroom tortellini with globe artichokes, lemon sorrel, cep mushrooms and Madeira broth

Sage roasted pork tenderloin with pig's cheek and celeriac croquette, prune and Armagnac gravy


Puddings

Dessert plate consisting of: Dark chocolate marquise, Warm fig tatin, Iced Ferrero Rocher snowball and a Peach and prosecco jelly

Selection of British and French cheeses with spiced apple chutney and oatcakes
