The photograph above is a bit of a cheat as it's actually a photograph of the Armoury in Shrewsbury, another large warehouse we renovated some fifteen years ago which has made a very exciting pub on the banks of the river Severn. The two buildings have the same windows and high ceilings, so this won't be a million miles off.

 

Because of the internal volume of the Wharf, we think it will develop a very dynamic, buzzy atmosphere and will hopefully be a lot of fun. We're planning a substantial covered and heated area on the large terrace to the front of the pub, so people can drink and socialise next to the canal.

 

The scheme is in front of planners at the moment, and if all goes to plan, we hope to open in June.
