Emily's family have had pubs in and around Birmingham and Shropshire for years, so she's no stranger to a barrel of beer. She studied Drama and English lit at De Monfort University in Leicester, and is a ballroom and latin dance expert to boot. She has a passion for fine wine and vodka (not necessarily mixed), has a filthy laugh, and works like a Trojan.

Alison has been at the Greyhound since we opened, but eventually just couldn't resist the temptation to jump on board full time. She has a very bubbly personality and is the life and soul of the party, and sometimes chats so enthusiastically she has to be reminded to breathe. Ali is a dedicated and proud Mum to little Lucy, who is an Ali in the making.

Will is a rugby boy through and through, so is no stranger to a pint or two and an evening spent in women's clothing, as is their wont. He is a Shropshire lad, and moved down here for university but soon discovered it wasn't his cup of tea, so took to running bars around Oxford instead. Will's just made for the Greyhound, and the Greyhound is made for Will.

Piotr is Polish by descent but has made his home here in the glorious Cotswolds. He initially wanted to play football professionally, but injury ended his career so he went from player to ref, and then from ref to chef. He lives with his girlfriend Sam, and together they nurture a full tank of tropical fish. Piotr is a joy to have around - he has an ear to ear grin on him all day long.

Rob is a keen fashion fan, always turning up in something bright and trendy. Born and bred in Cyprus, he is a bit of a drum 'n bass raver at heart, so choosing the the Cotswolds as his base of operations is curious...

Known as Ange by all and sundry, this dynamo owns six dogs, likes fast cars, and keeps the kitchen spick and span whilst keeping all the chefs (who are male) in line. Apart from her canine friends, Ange loves nothing more than making pies. Everyone needs a friend who loves making pies.
