In Brunning and Price, managers have a great deal of autonomy in running their own substantial business: they write their own menus with their chefs, select their own wines and beers, find their own suppliers and negotiate prices.

There’s a great deal of support available from the company should the need arise and all managers are decently rewarded for their efforts with a direct cut of the profits each month.

Managers earn a starting salary package from £35,000 up to £45,000, living in or near their pubs in good quality accommodation which we provide, and deputy managers earn a salary package around £25,000, with plenty of opportunities to progress.

Things are going pretty well right now, and we're involved in a busy programme of expansion in the North West and South so we're looking to recruit additional management crew. We'd like to take people on board sooner rather than later so we can train you up whilst working in a number of our pubs and hit the ground running when our new pubs come on stream.

We are looking for outgoing, foody, seriously hosty individuals with a real passion and sound knowledge of quality food, wines and cask ales.
